SCB Consulting is a Swiss-based international trade consultancy specialising in building direct, reliable, and long-term commercial bridges between European businesses and Chinese manufacturers and suppliers.

Founded and operated by two partners — one rooted in Swiss and European commercial practice, the other embedded in China’s manufacturing ecosystem — SCB Consulting brings together the best of both worlds: Western business rigour and direct Eastern market access.

Born from Experience, Built on Trust

SCB Consulting was established in response to a clear and recurring challenge: European companies seeking to source products from China were too often confronted with unreliable intermediaries, communication barriers, and a lack of genuine market transparency.

We built SCB Consulting to address this gap directly. Our approach is not transactional — it is relational. We invest time in understanding our clients’ businesses, their product requirements, their quality standards, and their long-term ambitions. Only then do we engage our network in China to identify suppliers who genuinely meet those needs.
